Parents meeting June 2010 Woodlands Scout Group is holding a sausage sizzle at Bunnings on Sunday, 27th June. Assistance will be required throughout the day. There will be a roster at the den during the coming week (15th and 18th June). Please nominate a time in which you can help.
If we do not receive enough help with this and other fundraising efforst, we will have no alternative but to impose a compulsory levy on each family.
A reminder that for safety reasons, parents / carers must sign their children in when dropping them off at Joeys, Cubs and Scouts. They must also sign their children out when picking them up at the end of the night. Thank you to those families who already do this.
The next Parents / Carers Assistance Group meeting will be held on Tuesday, 20th July at 7.00 PM. A representative from each family is required to attend.
